TRAINING AND EDUCATION : CAMBODIA
Lack of opportunities can lead people with disabilities to
feel isolated, excluded from their communities and “second
class citizens”.
Providing opportunities can open the door to a new life.
Friends of interPART
support young people with disabilities
to attain new skills and knowledge by providing assistance
to attend university.
Regular updates are received on their progress.
Oopportunities such as these enable young people to
become
more self-reliant and independent,
-
be part of the growing number of Cambodians
who will provide the expertise and skills needed for the
development of their country,
-
act as role models to encourage other people with disabilities to seek
further education.
